摘　　要：基于语义的网络信息资源组织采用XML、RDF和本体技术,实现互联网上信息资源的语义描述和语义关联,完成信息资源组织从形式组织到内容组织、知识组织的转变,从而提高网络信息资源存取和利用的效率。The semantics-baaed Intemet information resources organization uses the technologies of XML、RDF and Ontology to describe the lntemet information and the relationship between interrelated concepts, completing the tramformation from form organization to content and knowledge organization so as to improve the efficiency of storage and utilization of Intemet information resources.
