摘　　要：为提高保健食品质量标准,就质量标准中的范围、技术要求、试验方法、附录4项要素应包括的内容及编写注意事项进行了归纳和总结,为申请人编写出一份符合要求的质量标准提供参考。As quality standard takes an important part in health food＇s registration and declaration, The contents of the essentials, technic requests, test methods, appendices and the edit of high-lighted items were summarized, so that applicants could refer to and write a copy of satisfying and integrate application.
