摘　　要：全球范围内经济的飞速发展使企业的生存环境发生巨大的变化,在此背景下,作为企业最基本管理框架的组织结构和以企业整体价值观念为核心的企业文化都显现出新的发展态势,文章以企业生命周期中几个不同的阶段为横断面,论述了二者之间的动态联系及其相互作用。The fast development of the economic during the world makes the environment of the enterprises to live changed enormously. Under the background, as the most basic managed frame of the enterprise and the corporate culture of which core is the whole concept of value present the new development situation with the environmental variety. This text discuss the dynamic contact and interaction between them with business enterprise life cycle a few and different stage for cross section.
