摘　　要：空降到河北天山集团担任常务副总裁的陈宏有一次发现．公司负责经营的副董事长在没有通知自已的情况下就向HR部门要求调人，一下子调了30-40人。"Without any achievement, their salary, position is higher than us. Why?" These are common criticism made by companies' natural founders when they face professional managers beginning to enter their companies.
