摘  要:空降到河北天山集团担任常务副总裁的陈宏有一次发现.公司负责经营的副董事长在没有通知自已的情况下就向HR部门要求调人,一下子调了30-40人。"Without any achievement, their salary, position is higher than us. Why?" These are common criticism made by companies' natural founders when they face professional managers beginning to enter their companies. Meanwhile, for those outsiders-professional managers, some companies' founders are also unbearable. Say, those founders are not flexible, do not act as regulations, can not adapt the development of the company. With the more and more private-owned companies begin to introduce professional managers to update their management level, the fight be-tween professional managers and compa- nies' founders will he more colorful and intense. The construction of a stable and effective management structure is result of co-effort by professional managers, companies' natural founders and CEOs.
