摘　　要：从大学的根本任务出发，结合社会需求的变化、人才培养模式的改革和学科建设的要求，提出了新时期实验室建设和规划应注重的几个方面。初步探讨了实验室建设与人才培养、学科建设、整体规划、大学特色等之间的关系。This paper based upon the ultimate task of universities as well as the changes of social requirements, the reformation pattern in the cultivation of students with ability, and the requirements of the construction of discipline, brings forwards the aspects that should be focused upon in the lab construction and layout in the new era, and then the authors make a research on the relationship between lab construction and the cultivation of students with ability, the construction of discipline, integrate layout and university characteristic.
