摘　　要：[目的]了解晋中市榆次区学校、幼儿园集体食堂的卫生状况,以便发现存在的问题,及时制订相应的卫生管理措施,确保学生集体用餐卫生安全。[方法]2004年3月调查榆次区59所中小学校、幼儿园食堂的卫生设施、管理措施与餐具消毒状况。[结果]榆次区学校、幼儿园食堂卫生许可证办证率为86.44%,健康证持证率为83.47%,采购食品索证率33.82%,建立健全管理制度、考核办法的占57.6%。[结论]中小学集体食堂卫生状况不容乐观,应加强管理。[Objective]To understand the hygiene situation of cafeterias in middle and primary schools and kindergartens in Yuei,Jinzhong in order to discover the present problems, adopt some measures of hygiene management in time make sure every student can eat healthy diets. [Methods]In March, 2004, we investigated 59 cafeterias about hygiene facilities and management measures in middle primary schools and kindergartens in Yuci. [Results]The rate of the hygiene permit of cafeterias in schools and kindergartens in our distriet is 86.44% ,The rate of the health cards is 83.47% ,The rate that have the right to purchasefood is 33.82% ,The school and Kindergartens that have founded the examination system perfect management systems. [Conclusion]The hygiene situation of cafeterias in middle primary schools and kindergartens is not optimistic. Management must be go on strengthening.
