摘　　要：根据该的实际情况,提出了两种不同类型的实验教学中心的管理模式和运行机制,创建了培养现代化人才的新型实验教学体系,改革了实验室建设投资机制。它们不仅保证了该校实验教学中心的良性运行,也可供其它农业院校实验室建设与管理参考。According to the actual situation of Southwest Agricultural University, this paper advanced the management model and operational mechanism for two kinds of experimental teaching centers, set up a new-style experimental teaching system, reformed the investment mechanism of laboratory development. This not only ensures the good operation of the of the experimental teaching center, but also can be used as reference for the laboratory＇s construction and management of other agricultural universities.
