黏糖蛋白-2和组织蛋白酶-D与大肠癌恶性生物学行为的关系

摘　　要：目的了解黏糖蛋白-2(MUC-2)和组织蛋白酶-D(Cath-D)在大肠癌中的表达。方法免疫组织化学S-P法,检测60例大肠癌中MUC 2和Cath-D的表达情况。结果 MUC-2在大肠癌中的阳性率为70．00％,它的低表达与大肠癌的分期、分化程度和肠外转移呈正相关而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大体类型和淋巴转移与否等无关。Cath-D在大肠癌中的阳性率为66．67％,它的高表达与大肠癌的淋巴转移和肠外转移呈正相关而与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤的大体类型、分期和分化程度等无关。结论 MUC-2和Cath-D的检测可成为大肠痛的恶性程度和肠外转移与否的重要参考指标。Objective To investigate the roles of the expressions of mucinst-2 （MUC-2） and cathepsin-D （Cath-D） in carcinogensis and progression of colorectal cancer （CRC）. Methods MUC-2 and Cath-D expression were studied immuneohistochemistrically in 60 specimens of CRC. Results The expression rate of MUC-2 was 70.00% in CRC. The significant relationship was observed between low MUC-2 expression and Dukes stage,cellular dedifferentiation and metastasis of distant urgans, an correction to sex, age, growth style and metastasis of lymph node, The expression rate of Cath-D was 66.67% in CRC, The important relationship was observed between high Cath-D expression and metastasis of distant organs and lymph node,no correction to sex, age, growth style, Dukes stage and cellular dedifferentiation, Conclusion The detection of expression about MUC-2 and Cath-D may be helpful to judge the malignant behavier and metastasis with colorectal carcinoma.
