摘　　要：制造业在国民经济和各种工业生产中均占有重要地位,各种先进的现代制造技术,正在从根本上改变传统制造业的面貌,给传统制造业的物质生产过程赋予数字化和网络化特性。由于制造业、制造技术从传统跨进现代,技术内涵和工程外延均发生了数字化革命,所以需要一种新型工程技术人才———“灰领”来适应这种数字化革命,我国高等职业教育应承担这项使命。The manufacturing industry holds the important status both in the national economy and each kind of industrial production. Many advanced modem manufacture technology are fundamentally changing the traditional manufacturing industry, while making the manufacturing industry production process have the digitization and the network characteristic. Because the manufacturing industry and the manufacture technology have stridden in the modem age, the technology and the project are all influenced by the digitization revolution. We need a new kind of project talents ＂gray collar＂ to adapt the digitization revolution, so our higher vocation education should undertake this mission.
