摘 要:从体育教学模式改革与实践的研究出发,对构建身体锻炼体育教学模式的理论依据,模式过程结构,模式实施要点和双向评价反馈系统进行了论述与分析;通过教学实验,验证了教学效果:在“体育课运动负荷”,“心功能指数”,“身体素质和运动能力”提高等方面,“实验班”均优于“对照班”。The evaluation and analysis are conducted on the theoretical basis of constructing physical training education pattern, its pattern and process structure, its key points of the pattern apphcation and its two-way evaluation and feedback based on the study of physical education reform and practice.The teaching effects have been proved by the teaching practice.The research has shown that "the experimental class" is more advantaged than "the contrast class" in terms of "physical education class exercise load", "heart function indicator"and "physical qualities and exercise capabilities".
