摘　　要：新的历史时期,大力发展非学历证书考试对我国高教自考具有重要意义,机遇与挑战并存;只有清醒认识、沉着应对、抓住机遇,适应发展,才能开创非学历证书考试发展的新局面。In the new period of history, it is of great significance to launch non-academic certificate exam programs in adult education in universities. Opportunities go along with challenges. Only when we have a clear mind, grasp the opportunities and set up appropriate programs in accordance with the specific conditions can we open up a new dimension in this area.
