摘 要:大学教师在人才培养上承担着十分重要的责任,如何使教师自觉而高效率地履行责任,又如何评判教师责任的履行程度,已成为当前各高校所关注的热点问题。该文认为,在理论层面上,要正确地认识大学教师在育人上的主体地位;在实践层面上,要重视对教师的评价激励,通过有效的评价激励机制,为教师的自身发展提供一定的空间,从而使教师在自身发展的同时履行好自己的责任。College teachers bear important responsibility on training talents. How to make teachers fulfill their obligations conscientiously and efficiently and how to judge the performance degree of teachers' responsibility have already become a hot question which every university pays close attention to at present. This paper, theoretically holds that we should know the subject status of college teachers in education; on the other hand, in the practicing aspect, we should pay attention to the appraisal on teachers and offer certain space for teachers' own development via the effective appraisal incentive mechanism, in order to make teachers fully fulfill their obligations while developing themselves.
