摘　　要：在考察嘉兴学院学生班干部工作态度的基础上,该文探讨了不同年级、性别的大学生在对待班干部社会角色的认知差异,以及由此导致的行为动机上的差异,从而试图揭示影响大学生选择当班干部的主要影响因素。Based on the observation of the class cadres＇ work attitude in Jiaxing University, the paper discusses the difference of role perception of class cadres and behavior motive, and then it tries to uncover the main influential factors that affect them to be class cadres.
