综合性大学医学教育实施学分制的困难与对策

摘　　要：结合三峡大学医学教育实施学分制的教学管理实践,分析了医学教育学分制实施过程中存在的两类问题及困难,提出了我们解决这些问题及困难的应对办法:积极组织指导学生选课,以班为单位排选课结合,医学专业学生优先选课,以及实行两长学期制。最后提出了两点结论性的意见。According to the practice of credit system administration for medical education in our college, by analyzing two category problems and difficulties for executing the credit system, some methods have been devised to resolve these prnblems and difficulties： organizing and instructing the students to choose their courses positively, combining the course arrangement with the course selection in unit of student class, giving priority to medical stndents to select their courses, and executing two long semesters in one year. In the end two conclusive advisements are taken.
