摘 要:以经乳化剂修饰过的Fe3O4为核,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,采用分散聚合法,合成了粒径为1.28~4.15μm、分散性较好、磁含量(Fe3O4)达689/6的磁性交联β-环糊精聚合物微球。讨论了各种因素对合成条件的影响,对所得磁性微球的外观形态、磁响应性进行了表征,结果表明,该磁性微球可作为靶向药物载体。The magnetic β-CD cross linked polymers micro-spheres were synthesized and its properties of magnetic-conductivity were investigated, in this paper. Micro spheres, containing magnetic oxide (FeaO4 ) cores modified by OP solution, having diameters of 1.28-4. 15μm and good dispersibility, containing 68% magnetic oxide (FeaO4), using epichlorohydrin cross linking agent, were dispersion polymerization. All sort of factors on effect of synthetic conditions were studied by experiment. Experimental results indicated that, optimal mass. concentration of β-CD and epichlorohydrin was 8g and 35mL in 75mL dispersion medium,optimal stirring speed and OP solution was 500rmin^-1 and 40%. The magnetic micro-spheres were characterized by TEM, IR and XRD. The results showed that magnetic β-CD cross linked polymer micro-spheres had good magnetic-conductivity and could become the supporter of drug-targeting.
