摘　　要：人才培养质量是高等学校的生命线。通过对高等药学教育存在问题以及全面质量管理理念的特点分析,提出高等药学教育质量全面质量管理的新思路;结合药学教育的特点,阐明高等药学教育构建和实施全面质量管理的关键环节。The quality of talents training is the lifeline of higher educational institutions. After defining total quality management, the paper puts forwards the new education thought on total quality management in higher pharmaceutical education and expounds the key links to construct and implement total quality management in higher pharmaceutical education combining with the characteristics of pharmaceutical education.
