摘　　要：从高校实验教学队伍在高等教育的地位和作用入手,探讨高校实验教学队伍的素质构成;通过分析高校实验教学队伍目前存在的主要问题与成因,提出了加强高校实验教学队伍建设的基本思路。Based on the position and action of experiment teaching staff in colleges, the paper probes into the constituents of quality. According to the present problems and contributing factors of experiment teaching staff, the paper points out basic train of thought about strengthening the construction of experiment teaching staff.
