摘　　要：介绍了冬枣的特性,对冬枣在贮藏过程中出现的问题及主要贮藏保鲜方法进行了论述。In this article, the problems in the process of storage and the main storage methods of Dong Jujube were introduced and the kinds and characteristics of Dong Jujube were impressed.
