摘　　要：利用四元数矩阵的复表示及友向量结合复数域上的H erm itian阵的性质简单地证明了四元数自共轭矩阵的R ay le igh-R itz定理,并利用R ay le igh商给出了一般特征值的一系列表达式.The Rayleigh-Ritz Theorem of self-conjugate quaternion matrices is proved easily by the complex presentation of quaternion,companion vectors and the properties of Hermitian matrices. A series results about general eigenvalues of self-conjugate quaternion matrices are given.
