摘  要:目的观察高强度超声(HIU)对肿瘤营养血管的破坏作用。方法采用HE染色、弹力纤维维多利亚蓝和丽春红S组织化学染色,观察HIU对兔VX2肝脏肿瘤营养血管破坏的情况。结果HIU治疗后,肿瘤组织发生凝固性坏死,小于200μm的靶区肿瘤营养血管完全破坏,血管弹力纤维出现崩解、分布不均、断裂及分层等现象,而邻近组织大血管未受损伤。结论HIU可能较完全破坏肿瘤营养血管,从而有可能抑制肿瘤的增生和转移,增强HIU治疗肿瘤的效果。Objective To evaluate destroying effect of high intensity ulstrasound (HIU) on tumor blood vessels. Methods The animal models of the VX2 tumor on the rabbit liver was set up, the target lesions of hepatic tumors nutritional blood vessels treated by HIU was observed, one for H. E. staining, another for elasticity fibre with Victoria blue and ponceau's histochemical stanining. Results After HIU treatment,histological examination indicated HIU make the whole tumor tissue coagulative necrosis, the all nutritious vessels less than 200μm in diameter to the insonated tumor were occluded. After HIU irradiation, vascular elasticity fibrin collapsed, distributing in disorder, delaminated; while there was no harm to larger vessels in the vicinty tissue. Conclusions HIU may damage tumor nutritious blood vessels thoroughly, in such way it may inhibits tumor growth and metastases, which makes HIU's tumor treatment more effective.
