MMP-3和TIMP-3在宫颈癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨MMP-3和TIMP-3与宫颈癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法用光镜和免疫组化方法对41例宫颈癌组织中的MMP-3及TIMP-3表达进行检测。结果晚期宫颈癌组织中MMP-3表达阳性率明显高于早期(P<0.05),而晚期宫颈癌组织中TIMP-3的表达则比早期减少(P<0.05),MMP-3/TIMP-3的比值晚期高于早期(P<0.05)。结论MMP-3和TIMP-3的表达程度及MMP-3/TIMP-3的比值与宫颈癌的临床分期密切相关,可作为判断宫颈癌侵袭转移和预后的指标。Objective To study the relationship between the invasion and metastasis of tumor and the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase （MMP-3） and tissue inhibitor metalloproteinase （TIMP-3）. Methods The expression of MMP-3 and TIMP-3 was detected in 21 eases with cervical cancer by light microscopy and immunohistochemieal method. Results Studies revealed that the expression of MMP-3 in later cancer of cervix was higher than earlier cancer significantly, but the expression of TIMP-3 was contrary to MMP-3. The ratio of MMP-3/TIMP-3 in later cancer of cervix was higher than earlier cancer. Conclusion The expression levels of MMP-3, TIMP-3 as well as the ratio of MMP-3/TIMP-3 are correlated with metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer,which is a marker that judges invasion,metastasis and prognosis of the cervical cancer.
