摘　　要：我院目前正在使用的药品招标管理系统的设计思路,该系统方便、快捷,投入成本低,不但可以降低药品招标成本,缩短招标周期,而且能够体现出招标采购过程中公开、公平、公正的原则,并为我院全年节约300余万元,达到了预期的效果。In this article we introduce the design mentality of the drugs tender management system that our hospital is using at present. This system is convenient, quick and the investment cost is low. Not only it may reduce the drugs tender cost, shorten the tender cycle, but ＂also it can manifest the public, justice and fair principle in the tender purchase process. In the whole year it saves 300 ten thousand Yuan for our hospital and has achieved the anticipated effect.
