摘 要:于华贵栉孔扇贝体内注射了0.1%,0.25%,0.5%3个不同浓度的浒苔多糖后,在24,48,72 h分别测定了华贵栉孔扇贝血淋巴中SOD酶和溶菌酶活力。结果表明:0.1%和0.25%实验组扇贝血淋巴中SOD酶活仅在注射24h后显著地高于对照组(P<0.05),而0.5%实验组在注射24 h后极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而且在注射48h和72 h后仍显著高于对照组(P<0.05);0.1%实验组对扇贝血淋巴中溶菌酶的作用无显著影响,而0.25%和0.5%实验组对扇贝血淋巴中溶菌酶活力在不同测定时间都表现出明显的促进作用,其中0.5%实验组对血细胞中溶菌酶作用效果极显著(P<0.01);说明浒苔多糖具有增强华贵栉孔扇贝免疫活性的作用。The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lysozyme (LSZ) were assayed in haemolymph of scallop Chlamys nobilis 24, 48, 72 h after injection of polysaccharide from alga Entermorpha prolifera at a dose of 0.1%, 0.25 % and 0.5 %. The results showed that the SOD activitives in haemolymph were significantly higher in 0.1% and 0.25% (P 〈 0. 05) and 0.5% (P 〈 0. 01) groups than that in control group only at 24 h. There were significantly higher SOD activity in 0.5% groups than that in control group at 24 h (P 〈 0. 01 ) , 48 h, and 72 h ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There was no significant effect on the LSZ activitives in haemolymph in 0.1% groups. However, the LSZ activitives were significantly higher in 0.25% and 0.5% groups than that in control group at different detecting time, especially 0.5% groups (P 〈 0. 01 ) , indicating that the polysacchafide can strengthen the immunological competence of the scallop.
