摘　　要：从教育基础、动力来源和法律保障三个方面看,中新两国在高等教育具有合作的可能性。两国合作可以促进教育、文化、经济等方面的发展。合作的途径有:远程高等教育、留学教育、来华合作办学或独立办学、短期培训和合作开发课程等。In education foundation, motivation and security of law, the cooperation between China and Singapore is possible. It can stimulate development in education, culture, economy etc. The ways of cooperation include distance higher education, international students training, co-education or private education, short-term training and course development, etc.
