摘 要:作为非智力因素的成就动机不是遗传决定的,而是个体社会化的结果,是环境影响和教育的产物。家庭教育对于个体成就动机的形成起着至关重要的作用。父母应着重从独立性培养和自我概念的完善两个方面入手激发孩子的成就动机。独立性培养涉及认知独立性培养、独立活动训练、意志训练等,完善自我概念则是通过积极的肯定、期待和鼓励,帮助孩子获得成功经验以及进行成败归因训练等途径。The achievement motive, as a non - intelligent factor, is not inherited, but a result of socialization of individuals and result of environmental and educational impact. Home education plays an essential role in the forming of individual's achievement motive. So parents should stimulate their children's motivation by focusing on their independence cultivation and self - concept perfection. Independence cultivation involves the trainings of cognition independence, the will, and independent activities ; while perfection of self - concept is to help children to obtain successful experiences through positive affirmation, expectation and encourage, and to carry on the training of the origins of success or failure.
