摘　　要：通过对高校产学研合作的现状进行分析,指出了当前高校产学研合作中存在的问题。通过分析研究,提出了相应对策。This paper analyzes the present situation on cooperation of production, study and research in our universities. However, some problems exist among cooperation of production, study and research. Through analysis and study, the relevant strategies are put forward.
