摘 要:采用四轮动力学模型,对装用机械摩擦片式限滑差速器的后轮驱动车辆在对分路面上的动力性能进行了仿真分析,并将自主研发的机械摩擦片式限滑差速器装车进行了道路动力性试验研究。仿真分析和试验结果表明:在装用普通差速器的后轮驱动车辆无法起步的对分路面上,装用限滑差速器却可以顺利起步加速;以一定初速度在对分路面上加速行驶时,装用限滑差速器可以缩短加速时间和提高最大爬坡度;其改善的程度随锁紧系数的增加而提高,但当锁紧系数大于某一数值后,其改善程度不明显。A four-wheel dynamical model was employed to simulate the effects of the self-developed disc-type mechanical limited-slip differential(MLSD) on the power performance of a rear wheel drive (RWD) vehicle driving on the split-μ road and a series of split-μ road tests were performed. The results show that the RWD vehicle with MLSD can accelerate from rest on the split-μ road where the RWD vehicle with the open differential (OD) can not do. The MLSD vehicle is characterized by less acceleration time and higher gradeability as compared to the OD vehicle. The acceleration and grade abilities enhance with the locking ratio of MLSD until the latter reaches a specific value with an asymtotic character.
