摘 要:目的探讨玄参中苯丙素苷Acteoside对小鼠高尿酸血症的影响及可能的作用机理。方法从玄参根中分离提取苯丙素苷成分Acteoside,采用次黄嘌呤造成小鼠高尿酸血症,观察Acteoside对小鼠高尿酸血症的影响,并进一步从体外观察Acteoside对黄嘌呤氧化酶的抑制作用。结果Acteoside能显著降低高尿酸血症小鼠体内的尿酸水平,体外实验显示其对黄嘌呤氧化酶有明显的抑制作用,IC50为12.25μgml-1。结论玄参中Acteoside在小鼠高尿酸血症中的降尿酸作用可能与其抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶作用有关。Aim To study the effect of acteoside of Scrophularia ningpoensis on the mouse hyperuricemia in vivo and its possible mechanisms. Methods Acteoside was extracted from roots of Scrophularia ningpoensis . A mouse hyperuricemia model was established by using hypoxanthine and the effect of acteoside on hyperuricemia in mouse was observed before the inhibition effect of acteoside on xanthine oxidase in vitro was further studied. Results Acteoside could reduce the level of uric acid in hyperuricemia mice and significantly inhibit the xanthine oxdiase in vitro ( IC50 is 12.25μg·ml^-1 ). Conclusion The prevention and curative effect of acteoside from Scrophularia ningpoensis is related to its inhibi- tion of xanthine oxdiase.
