摘　　要：采用反相液相色谱法测定保健食品中羟基红花黄色素A的含量,使用Kromasil-C18柱,甲醇-0.03mol/L醋酸溶液(V:V=22:78)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,柱温20℃,波长403nm。本法快捷、简便精密、分离效果好、平均回收率98.5%,适用于保健食品中羟基红花黄色素A的测定。To determine the content of hydroxysaffior yellow A in the health foods by RP-HPLC, the hydroxysafflor yellow A could be separated on Kromasil-C18 with nonlinearity gradient elution of CH3OH-HAc（22：78） at a flow -rate of 1.0ml/min and also assayed at UV403nm, with the column temperature 25℃. The average recovery of sample was 98.5%. This method was simple, rapid, accurate and reiable. It is suitable for the determination of HSYA concentration in health foods.
