摘　　要：高等职业教育主要培养的是适应社会需要的实用型、技能型的高级专门人才,教师的素质直接决定着人才的培养质量。在专业素质方面,高职院校教师应具有较高的学历层次和知识水平,具有较强的实践动手能力和运用现代教育技术能力,具有较强的科研和科技成果转化能力以及职业指导能力。What higher vocational education cultivates are the senior specialized talents useful for the society. The teachers＇ quality is closely related to the quality of the talents. The teachers in higher vocational colleges should improve themselves in order to cultivate more high qualified talents for the society.
