摘 要:研究了牛磺酸对肺、脑血管急慢性缺氧反应的影响。结果狗静脉注射牛磺酸(0.2mg/kg)不影响基础血流动力学,但可降低急性缺氧时的肺血管阻力(P<0.05)、肺血管阻力变化率(P<0.01)及脑血流量(P<0.05)。长期应用牛磺酸[100mg/(kg.d)]可降低慢性缺氧大鼠的平均肺动脉压、肺血管阻力及右心室/(左心室+室间隔)重量比值(P<0.01),但不影响脑血流。牛磺酸还减弱慢性缺氧大鼠肺、脑血管对急性缺氧的反应。结果表明牛磺酸可调节缺氧性肺缩血管反应和脑舒血管反应,减轻慢性缺氧性肺动脉高压和防止右心肥厚。The effects of taurine on the responses of pulmonary and cerebral blood vessels to acute and chronic hypoxia were studied.The results showed that the basal hemodynamics in dogs was not influenced by taurine given intravenously 0.2mg/kg,however,taurine could reduce the pulmonary vascular resistance(P< 0. 05 ), the percentage increase in PVR(P<0.01) and the cerebral blood flow(P<0.05)during acute hypoxia. The mean pulmonary arterial pressure, pulmonary vascular resistance and the weight ratio of the right ventricle to left ventricle plus interventricular septum[RV/(LV+S)] were decreased by intraperitoneal injection of taurine 100 mg/(kg·d)in chronic hypoxic rats (P<0.01 ),but cerebral blood flow was not influenced,Moreover,taurine attenuated pulmonary and cerebral vasoreactivity to acute hypoxia in chronic hypoxic rats.The study suggests that taurine can modulate hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction and cerebral vasodilation,attenuate chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and prevent right ventricular hypertrophy.
