摘  要:二十一世纪社会经济的发展对人才提出新的要求,促使我国的高等学校在人才培养目标上做相应的调整、转变。目前在培养人才仍以课堂教学为主要形式的情况下,包括课堂教学在内的整个课程体系必然也要随之变化,这样才能实现高校培养社会所需人才的目标和使命。在分析以培养目标转变为导向进行课程体系改革的原因基础上,指出课程体系改革的具体对策。In the 21 century, the development of society and economy have puts forward new demands for talented people, meanwhile it spurs colleges and universities to adjust and change in the talented person training objective. As classroom instruction is still a main form of training at present, the whole course system including classroom instruction inevitably change along with the changing of training objective, so it can achieve aim and mission of training talented persons needed by society. On the basis of analyzing reasons of course system reform as the change of training objective orientation,the article point out concrete countermeasures of course system reform.
