摘　　要：本文以首都医科大学作为个案,在问卷调查、统计分析的基础上,探讨了影响医学院校凝聚力的文化因素的价值取向的四个维度的构成,即:责任维度、发展维度、和谐维度、民主维度;探讨了四个维度的内涵意义和影响状态,特别强调责任维度体现了影响医学院校凝聚力的价值取向的鲜明特色。It is very important to probe into the view of value in the cultural factors influencing the cohesive force of the medical university for the sake of its development. This paper is based on the survey analysis of Capital University of Medical Sciences. It has discussed the influence and significance of the four dimensionalities of the view of value- responsibility, development, harmony and democracy, and the needs to enhancing the view of value. It has been stressed that the dimensionality of responsibility is the most characteristic factor in a medical university.
