临床医学专业本科毕业生质量调查与分析

摘　　要：为全面了解临床医学专业本科毕业生的质量,课题组对上海第二医科大学1998届、1999届、2000届共3届本科毕业生的质量状况进行了问卷调查和统计学分析,结果显示,用人单位对毕业生的总体满意度较高.通过与1982届和1991届～1995届临床医学专业毕业生临床能力的比较分析,结果显示,1998届～2000届毕业生临床能力有显著提高(P＜0.01).同时,对如何进一步提高毕业生质量提出了建议.In order to evaluate the quality of undergraduate students which graduated from 1998 to 2000, some questionnaires were investigated and statistical data were analyzed. The results showed that most of the undergraduate students were satisfied by the employing units. At the same time, the clinical abilities of those graduates were compared with the abilities of those who graduated in 1982 or 1991 -1995. The results showed that these graduates from 1998 to 2000 were better （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Some suggestions for improving quality of graduates were put forward.
