摘　　要：我国政府在提供公共服务时存在很多不尽人意的地方,要改变这种状况就必须在公共服务中引入竞争机制。在公共服务中引入竞争机制有打破垄断、政府管制等方法,竞争有公共部门与私人部门竞争和公共部门之间竞争两种类型。而要引入竞争机制,并使其真正发挥作用还必须有相应的配套措施。There are a lot of weak points while offering the public service in our government at present To change this kind of state, competition mechanism must be introduced into the service. There are some methods to do it , such as monopoly, government control, etc. There are two kinds of competitions in the service, public departments with private departments and competition among public departments in the service. And to inroduce competition mechanism and make it Work well, corresponding supplementary measures must be needed.
