摘 要:应用传热学原理和虚拟边界法建立了车用电涡流缓速器转子盘轴对称非稳态温度场简化计算模型,确定了适当的边界条件,利用Galerk in法推导温度场的有限元方程,采用无条件稳定的Galerk in格式离散时间微分项,迭代控制采用新型变时间步长法,分析了转子盘沿径向和轴向的温度分布规律,并对轴向温度分布进行了试验研究,结果表明试验值与数值分析吻合较好。Based on heat transfer theory and virtual boundary method, a simplified model for axi-symmetric unsteady temperature field in rotor disk of eddy current retarder for vehicles is set up with boundary conditions defined. The finite element governing equation is derived using Galerkin method. The time differential term in the equation is discretized based on unconditionally stable Galerkin format. And a new varying time step method is used in iteration process. The temperature distribution on the rotor disk along the radial and axial directions is analyzed, in which the temperature distribution in axial direction is measured. The results of numerical analysis agree well with the measured ones.
