摘  要:从力学模型推导出空气弹簧与橡胶堆串联系统的垂向传递率,找出了橡胶堆自身阻尼特性对其整个系统阻尼特性的影响规律。从中得知传递率只与空气弹簧的容积比 n、频率比ζ及空气弹簧的阻尼比有关,与空气弹簧阻尼和橡胶阻尼之比 C 无关。对进一步分析、研究、开发新型结构空气弹簧有着指导性帮助和实用价值,特别是对垂向减振参数的选取、理论分析及设计计算有着现实意义。In this paper,the vertical transmissibility of the series system com- posed of air spring and rubber pile is derived with a mechanics model,and the law governing influence of damping characteristics of the rubber pile on damping char- acteristics of the complete system has been found out.From the transmissibility and the law derived,it is found that the transmissibitity only relates to volume ratio of the air spring,the frequency ratio ζ and the damping ratio of air spring,and is inde- pendent of the ratio C between air spring damping and rubber damping.This pro- vides directive help and practical value in further analysis,research,and develop- ment of new structure air spring,especially it provides practical significance in se- lection,theoretical analysis and design calculation of vertical damping parameters.
