摘 要:针对啤酒发酵过程控制及其管理自动化的需要,介绍了基于CAN总线的啤酒发酵监控系统的总体结构,并且重点阐述了监控系统中现场智能节点和智能通信适配器USB-CAN的硬件电路设计及软件实现的方法;该系统经调试运行能满足啤酒发酵过程的控制要求,加上结构简单、易于扩充、可靠性高、性价比高等特点,相当适合当今啤酒企业生产发展现况,意义显著。Being aimed at the needs of the control and management automation in the process of beer fermentation, the configuration of the control system of beer fermentation based on CAN bus is introduced. The paper puts the emphasis on the circuit design of field intelligent node and intelligent adapter with USB interface and CAN bus interface as well as the methods for software design of the monitor and control system based on CAN bus. Along with the advantages of simplicity , reliability, flexibility and cheapness for its functions, the system can fulfill the controlling requirements of the process of beer fermentation during operation. It is very meaningful for present beer companies to produce and develop.
