摘 要:高等学校博士点的主要目标是培养高素质、高层次的创造性人才。本文结合笔者的实际教学和科研经验,探讨了我校高电压与绝缘技术博士点的学科定位与发展。首先分析了博士点建设的关键;简要介绍了高电压与绝缘领域国内外技术发展现状。结合我校高电压与绝缘技术学科近60年的初创、调整、发展、壮大四个阶段,面向高压电力系统、电气化铁道、国防系统三个领域,就研究方向、研究人员、实验设备的配备及课程开设等四个方面,提出了我校高电压与绝缘技术学科博士点的定位以及发展的主要内容。Primary target of doctoral discipline is to bring up creative talents with high diathesis and high administrative levels. According to the practical teaching and scientific research experience, high voltage and electrical insulation doctoral discipline of our university are discussed. The key factors for doctoral discipline construction are analyzed in the first place. Then the development status of high voltage and electrical insulation field both in domestic and abroad are summarized. At last, based on nearly 60 years history of our university high voltage and electrical insulation discipline, which experience genesis, adjustment, development and grandness four stages, it discusses the subject orientation and development of high voltage and insulation doctoral discipline at research direction, research personnel, experimental equipment and courses four aspects to apply in high voltage power system, electrification railroad and national defense system.
