摘　　要：本文从当代大学生的人格发展状况出发,分析了健全人格教育的基本内容,同时从素质教育的高度阐述了加强大学生人格教育的重要性,进而提出实施人格教育的主要途径和基本思路。Starting from the current status of college students personality, the paper analyzes the bases of the healthy personality education, and the importance of college students＇ personality education in the view of quality education, and the paper also points out the main way ＆ the basic concept of the implementation of the personality education,
