摘 要:比较基因组杂交技术是在荧光原位杂交基础上结合消减技术发展起来的一种能快速、全面分析染色体基因组增加和缺失的分子遗传学方法。用比较基因组杂交分析皮肤肿瘤高频率的染色体变异,将为相应肿瘤易感基因的筛选提供定位资料。特异性比较基因组杂交的结果有助于皮肤肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断,对其分型、分期、预后的判断有辅助作用,并可为皮肤肿瘤的发生、发展提供线索。The comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) technique, based on the combination of fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and a pruning technique, is developed as a molecular genetic method to analyze the gene insertion and deletion comprehensively and swiftly. By analyzing altofrequent chromosome mutations, CGH can provide locating information for screening susceptibility genes of cutaneous tumors. Specific results of CGH may conduce to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cutaneous tumors, assist in determining their types and stages as well as in evaluating their prognosis, and give clues to their occurrence and development.
