摘  要:对绿色木霉110发酵秸秆生产纤维素酶工艺条件进行了研究,通过正交试验和扩大试验,确定了绿色木霉固体发酵生产纤维素酶的最佳工艺条件为干料:水=1:1,原料配比(稻草:麸皮)为6:4,容器装料量7%,接种量3%,培养温度38℃,发酵周期72h,试验因素的影响顺序为水分>原料配比>装料量>接种量。在最佳工艺条件下,产酶酶活超过25300U/g。The fermentation conditions of straw stalk to produce cellulase with the strain Trichoderma viride 110 were studied. The optimal fermentation conditions were: water-dried material ratio was 1:1, raw materials ratio (straw : bran) was 6:4, added material was 7%, inoculums was 3%, temperature was 38℃, and fermentation cycle was 72 h. Water was the decisive factor, which influences the technical conditions. The sequence of influence was: water 〉 ratio of raw materials 〉 added material 〉 inoculums. Under the optimum technical conditions, the activity of enzyme reached 25300 U/g.
