摘 要:目的:筛选适合制备高纯度茶多酚的树脂及其条件,以期得到纯度为98%茶多酚产品。方法:以茶多酚含量为指标.考察不同树脂对茶多酚吸附解吸特性,筛选出适合制备高纯度茶多酚的最佳工艺条件。结果:纯度为 35%,浓度为5mg/ml的茶多酚经H1020树脂吸附,吸附率达80.33%,依次经蒸馏水和10%的乙醇溶液洗脱除杂后, 80%乙醇洗脱,洗脱率达83.5%,洗脱液过滤后,经喷雾干燥得到纯度为98%以上的茶多酚产品。结论:为高纯度茶多酚的生产提供一种操作简单、产品质量高、生产成本低的绿色工艺。Objective: To select optimum process parameters of the purification of tea polyphenols with different macrous adsorption resins to gain tea polyphenol with purity 98% .Methods.H1020 type macoroporos resign is eonsidr ered as optimum resign for purification of Tea polyphenols.Results: The initial sample with the tea polyphenol purity35% was prepared to be 5mS/ml solution, then adsorbed by the optimal resin H1020, and eluted with double distilled water, 10%ethanol firstly and then eluted with 80%ethanol,The desorption ratio was 83.5% ,The elution was boiled and granulated by spraying torrefaction.Then we got the product of tea polyphenol with purity 98% .Conclusion: This study provided a simple, high purification and low cost green process.
