信息化与高校核心竞争力的关系研究

摘　　要：高校信息化的实质就是赋予高校精细化的资源整合和利用的能力,通过对资源的有效整合和利用,充分发挥高校教学、科研和社会服务的三大职能,从而达到提高高校的核心竞争能力的目的。本文以此认识为出发点,依托信息系统的理论知识和高校核心竞争力模型,通过分析信息化和高校核心竞争力因素的相互关系,提出信息化对高校核心竞争力的影响模型,明确了高校信息化根本目的就是为了提升高校的核心竞争力。The main purpose of the informationization in university is provide ability of the conformity and utilization resources. By the conformity and autilization of the resources, the university＇s three functions of teaching, research and society services are fully exerted. And the purpose of improving the university core competence is achieved. Based on the above view of point, this paper proposed the model of relations between informationization and university core competence. The research is under the theory of information system and university core competence model. By analyzing its true meaning, this paper proposed the idea of promoting the university＇s core competence model. By analyzing its true meaning, this paper proposed the idea of prorooting the university＇s core competence utilizing information technology.
