摘　　要：“学分银行”制度的有效实行与推广,取决于内生其中的存分机制、贷分机制和兑分机制的良性的联动效应。如果说存分机制建设是起点,贷分机制是其深化与完善,则兑分机制就是其更高境界。the valid execution and expansions of ＂the credit bank＂ system is decided by positive linkage effect in which saving credits mechanism, loaning credits mechanism and exchanging credits mechanism endogenesis.If the saving credits mechanism is a point of departure and the loaning credits mechanism is deep and perfect, the exchanging credits mechanism will be Its higher state.
