摘 要:目的探索一种适合护理人员绩效考核的方法。方法应用图解式评估法,建立护士绩效评估要素的指标,按连续或非连续尺度法,把工作绩效分为5个等级、10个项目,对护士进行绩效评价。结果图解式评估法不仅可以对护理人员的工作内容、责任及行为特征进行评估,而且可以对被认为是成功的工作绩效所必需的个人特征进行评估。结论图解式评估法实用且成本小、易于操作,是比较理想的护理人员绩效评估方法,但仍有需要完善之处。Objective To explore an appropriate method of nurses' performance appraisal, Method The graphic evaluation method was used to set up the evaluation criteria of nurses' performance appraisal. Nurses' job performance was rated by a five- grade, 10 items scale, the total score was 100. Result The graphic evaluation method not only ean evaluate nurses' job content,responsibilities and behavior characteristics,but also can evaluate nurses' personal characteristics which is believed to be an essential factor in performance appraisal. Conclusion The graphic evaluation method is proved to be practical,low - cost and easy to be used, It is a relative favorable method of nurses' performance appraisal which needs to be improved further.
