摘　　要：学校要树立健康第一的思想,切实加强体育工作。实施健康教育是我国教育改革的发展方向,在体育教育中实施“选项分层”的教学改革方案,并且通过在教师、教材、内容、场地等结构方面的改革,能够使体育教育向多功能方向发展。The schools should establish the concept of ＂health first＂ and strengthen the physical education. P, E. can develop in a multi-functional ways through carrying out health education, implementing the teaching reform program of ＂event option and classification＂, reforming the selection of the teachers, teaching materials, teaching contents and sports facilities.
