摘 要:研究了发动机气缸压力信号与表面振动响应信号之间的反卷积关系;利用遗传算法在优化设计中的诸多特性,对传统的遗传算法进行了基于反卷积信号诊断的改进。并以S1110型直喷式柴油机为实例,利用遗传算法解反卷积法对发动机处于不同工况运行时的示功图进行了恢复。研究结果表明,通过改进后的遗传算法来进行反卷积信号诊断,克服了由于各种误差的存在而导致反卷积发散的问题,直接在时域内对气缸压力信号波形进行了恢复,为内燃机的故障诊断技术提供了一条新的途径。The deconvolution between cylinder pressure signal and head bolt vibration signal was analyzed. Based on many features of genetic algorithm applied to optimization design, the improvements on traditional genetic algorithm were made on the basis of diagnosis of deconvolution signal. Using S1110 DI diesel engine as an example, the method was used in solving the deconvolution by the genetic algorithm to reconstruct the cylinder pressure signal of engine under different working conditions. The research proved that, by way of applying the improved genetic algorithm to the diagnosis of deconvolution signal, the divergence of deconvolution caused by sorts of errors was overcome, and the cylinder pressure signal of engine directly in time region was reconstructed. That provided a new solution to monitor engines.
