摘　　要：讨论了一类既具有相互干扰又具有密度制约的捕食系统,得到系统正平衡点的存在性条件及全局稳定性的一些结果.A system for the Holling Ⅰ functional response with mutual interference and density dependence is considered, the existence and the stability of the positive equilibrium point of the system is discussed by using the theory and method of stability of ordinary differential equation.
