摘　　要：现代教育需要合格的实验教师。主要论述了培养和提高高等学校实验教师素质的重要性和实验教师应具备的素质,提出了培养和提高高校实验教师素质的若干措施。Modem education needs qualified experimental teachers. This article mainly elaborates the importance of cultivating and improving the qualities of college experimental teachers, discusses the teachers＇ necessary qualities, exposes the present problems and suggests ways of how to cultivate and improve their qualities.
